Arthur - the manager, takes great care of the guests and always available to help. I was let into the room very early in the morning, since my flight arrived in the middle of the night, didn't even have to ask for early check in. They offer help with anything and everything someone visiting Tbilisi may need whilst being extremely professional, courteous and kind.

The host has made us feel at home! 2nd floor has been renovated recently, room was really nice and comfortable. Breakfast is not too complex, but is really tasty and fresh. We loved the home made cake. Despite our early departure, the host thoughtfully prepared a cake for us to enjoy before we left ❤️

Sani Hotel opened in 2015 and renovated in 2023 is located in Tbilisi city center in Vera District, 0.6 km from Rustaveli Metro Station and 1.4 km from Rustaveli Theatre. It is a cosy family hotel with a sunbathing and swimming pool area. Location is good too. There are few eating places and grocery shops nearby. Bus stop right in front of the hotel and a walking distance to the underground station.

Matatagpuan sa gitnang siyudad ng Tbilisi, may 5 minutong lakad mula sa Rustaveli Metro Station, nagtatampok ang Lowell ng on site restaurant, breakfast buffet at free Wi-Fi. The staff was amazing, very friendly, responsive and kind, we loved them. Everything was very clean, but it is worth to highlight the clean bedding and towels 🥰 And the breakfast took special place in our hearts, we felt like we are having breakfast at home, everything was prepared with the best quality products and was very tasty.
