The room was perfect. Quiet as we requested, with a beautiful view. Very clean and pleasant, with a big comfy bed. Its designed well, looks good like in the pictues. We had a good sleep and woke up to a beautiful morning The host was amazing, very communicative and helpful, speaks fluent english. He wrote to us on whatsapp as soon as we made the order and helped us feel comfortable and safe. The location is very good and central! I highly recommend this place!

The interior of the hotel is super nice and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, it has the needed amenities. The restaurant/bar on the roof was so nice as well. Their service is great and the food was awesome. The breakfast is a buffet including what u would wish for. The mood at night during weekdays is so cosy and they even have live bands/singers during some nights. The view from the restaurant is incredible, as its name says, you can see Tbilisi from a 360° perspective. As for the location of the hotel, it couldn't be any more convenient actually, it is close to the Old Tbilisi square and you have anything you want next to you (bars, restaurants, markets, ... ). We really enjoyed our stay and Tbilisee Boutique Hotel, it is highly recommended.

Great location - as I expected and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Delicious breakfast - it changes everyday so good variety. The coffee could be a little better but that is a small thing. Stayed in the superior room and it was excellent. Comfy bed - shame had to be up early everyday. Excellent shower. Big TV (but didn't use). Had a decent view. Receptionists perfectly helpful.

Тризірковий готель Old Town Mtatsminda розташований у Тбілісі, за 1,2 км від площі Свободи та за 600 км від Тбіліського театру опери й балету. I would go back any time to have breakfast at this place and see the faces of two lovely and friendly ladies who make the breakfast themselves and definitely make you feel at home. The staff overall was the best part of this hotel. Super friendly and helpful with good English. You don’t get the feel of staying at the hotel and it was more like staying with local people and experience the real Georgia. And the location was great as well. In a very lovely neighborhood to just walk around the hotel and explore the city, close to the freedom square and national museum and museum of fine arts and art galleries. 20 mins walk to Meidan Bazar and the Peace bridge and the cabin cars. The hotel was super clean and nicely decorated.
