The breakfast was also good enough.

The hotel is located on the second floor of an old historic house. Everything inside the hotel is renovated and the rooms are really cozy. The ceilings are high, just like and old house and the decoration is tasteful. Our room had a great view to Mtastminda hill and the TV tower. Even though there is some noise in the street below (mostly from noisy cars), you only notice it with the windows open. Sound proofing is really really good. Location is very good, about 2 minutes walk from liberty square and the metro station. We walked everywhere from there.

The room was spacious and clean, it has the needed amenities. The restaurant/bar on the roof was so nice as well. Their service is great and the food was awesome. The breakfast is a buffet including what u would wish for. The mood at night during weekdays is so cosy and they even have live bands/singers during some nights. The view from the restaurant is incredible, as its name says, you can see Tbilisi from a 360° perspective. As for the location of the hotel, it couldn't be any more convenient actually, it is close to the Old Tbilisi square and you have anything you want next to you (bars, restaurants, markets, ... ). We really enjoyed our stay and Tbilisee Boutique Hotel, it is highly recommended.

Great location - as I expected and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Delicious breakfast - it changes everyday so good variety. The coffee could be a little better but that is a small thing. Stayed in the superior room and it was excellent. Comfy bed - shame had to be up early everyday. Excellent shower. Big TV (but didn't use). Had a decent view. Receptionists perfectly helpful.

Old Town Mtatsminda er 3 stjörnu gististaður í borginni Tbilisi, 1,2 km frá Frelsistorginu og 600 metra frá Óperu- og ballethúsinu í Tbilisi. I would go back any time to have breakfast at this place and see the faces of two lovely and friendly ladies who make the breakfast themselves and definitely make you feel at home. The staff overall was the best part of this hotel. Super friendly and helpful with good English. You don’t get the feel of staying at the hotel and it was more like staying with local people and experience the real Georgia. And the location was great as well. In a very lovely neighborhood to just walk around the hotel and explore the city, close to the freedom square and national museum and museum of fine arts and art galleries. 20 mins walk to Meidan Bazar and the Peace bridge and the cabin cars. The hotel was super clean and nicely decorated.
