Comfortable, squeaky clean, very well situated. And I was so pleased by all the help I got from the staff: Bartek helped me solve a number of challenges that I had during my stay (NOT caused by the hotel!). He did this in a very gracious way that made things really easy for me. For example he organized the shipment of some goods for me and I really was completely hassle free, so I could do the work I had come for to London. Also the gentleman who showed me my room did a very good job explaining to me the lighting system etc, thank you! Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to taste the breakfast, I'm sure it's excellent.

Situated in the West End of London, just a few minutes walk to Covent Garden Piazza and Charing Cross station, the hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The location, staff, cleanliness, quality of the furniture and room, bathroom and the supplies were all fabulous. Will definitely will stay here again! Thank you The Resident Covent Garden!

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks. Well located in city center. Just stayed one night and has no time to explore the spa or other hotel facilities. Breakfast is very good

Originally opened in 1889, the world-famous Savoy Hotel is situated on the banks of the Thames and less than 5 minutes' walk from The British Museum and The Royal Opera House. The rooms were so perfect. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful. I stayed here to attend my university graduation ceremony the next day, and when I told this upon arrival, we came back to the room that evening and found they prepared a champaign bottle with a message card as a graduation gift. This was a very pleasant hospitality.

In London's Theatreland, in the heart of the West End, this 4-star boutique hotel offers beautiful rooms with antique furniture and free Wi-Fi. There is a 24-hour front desk and a library lounge. That was an incredible experience. A boutique hotel with plenty of history from 18th century, and this history is still kept there! The service was amazing, it is always nice to stay in hotels where staff love the hotel and the work in general. The location is great - and despite it is in Soho, it is very quite in the hotel. The breakfast was very delicious (btw just the tea was incredibly good!). And of course my room was very elegant.
