On arrival the staff was super cooperative my room was upgraded .The room was super clean the toilet is perfect the towels are odorless unlike other hotels .The cleaning service is great ,daily cleaning.The room is spacious the kitchenette is good enough for 2.The location is 2 minutes walk from tower hill station,very close to london bridge.The maintenance staff very professional and very helpful.The curtain was broken and they fixed it in minutes.All in all the experience is amazing ill repeat it for sure .Thank you Tower suites .To be true i expected less.

citizenM Tower of London is located directly above Tower Hill Underground Station. Everything. However, I particularly loved how helpful the staff was and also that my room was very cozy and comfortable.

Breakfast was perfect, my wife and I do plant-based food only, hotel is having an option for English Breakfast (plant-based), that was great, included in total price, staff are very kind and helpfull, definitely when going back to london this is going to be the first place to check if available, btw - location is great also, close to 2 subway lines (circle line and district), one last thing, we are brazilian and there is person from brazil in staff, Regiane was great, helping with some information about tours and places to go in london, algo great when helping with hotel information for breakfast
