Gorgeous and centrally located boutique hotel in Notting Hill. Rooms are spacious, VERY comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Clear attention to detail in the room design. I also love the in-room decor using the Penguin Classics books - such a fun design choice. Hotel is off a quiet street, literal steps away from the tube station and Portobello Road. Food and drink are excellent and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in London!

Best of all, for such a central location and the room being above a busy pub, our room (number 1) was very quiet.

This 18th-century Victorian building has a superb central location in Notting Hill. The famous Portobello Road and market are around 15 minutes’ walk away. A really beautiful hotel. In Victorian style. Very cosy and personal. Makes you feel at home. The location is fantastic. Only 7 minutes to the Central Line, which takes you to all the sights. Supermarkets, a pharmacy and many restaurants are also just a few minutes' walk away. Nevertheless, the hotel is in a residential area, away from the main road and really quiet. After the hustle and bustle of the city, this hotel is a great place to relax. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is also very reasonably priced for London.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in Notting Hill. Room and bathroom were beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. Perfect location. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I wish my stay was longer but I would absolutely come back!

Communication with the host was exceptional from time that property was booked, with all necessary details about accommodation provided on time, as well being flexible on check in and out times. Location and the apartment it self is ideal for family vacation, especially as all the necessary appliances where available for the use (stove, microwave, oven, washing and dishwashing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator). Also the hosts left a coffee supply and milk so we could energize and kick off our London sightseeing. Apartment was clean and it seems recently refurbished so we could really feel like at home for a full week of stay. Location is close to tube and bus stations (few minutes of walk), with connection to most of the London attractions (all within max 20 minutes rides). Kids really liked Diana's playground (spent few hours almost each day there), and that is a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend this accommodation!
