All the staff that we encountered whether in reception or during breakfast was absolutely amazing: helpful, proactive, kind, always with a smile on their faces. The breakfast is fantastically diverse and delicious, make sure to take time to enjoy it. Comfortable bed. Great rain shower. Nice availability of toiletries. Water given everyday when consumed. Super happy I chose this great hotel.

Leonardo Hotel Liverpool - formerly Jurys Inn is a 5-minute walk from the city centre. The property also offers free Wi-Fi access. Bartender was great, made us feel special, like old friends. Don't remember his name, he had shoulder length hair with a man bun.

Set in Liverpool, 500 metres from M&S Bank Arena Liverpool and 800 metres from Albert Dock, Liverpool City Centre Apartment offers air conditioning. The property was clean, well maintained. It has all the mod-cons the owners went the extra mile and bought in cereals, milk, bottled water, coffee and tea, extra flannels in the bathroom etc. it’s in a very quiet part of town a literal stones throw from the queens dock and a 5 minute walk to Alberts dock, 10 minutes walk into town when we’re in Liverpool again this apartment is going to be our first port of call.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a lovely location in Liverpool. Just close enough to the centre to be within walking distance, yet quiet. Our host Kevin was fantastic, facilitating as quick a check in as possible, considering someone else had checked out that morning. He even helped us bring up luggage and had fresh milk, tea and bottles of water waiting. Air/ con was so welcome and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The views from every room are stunning.
