The communication with Charlotte was brilliant right from the beginning and when I had some concerns these were answered quickly and I was reassured. The apartment itself is beautiful and furnished to a high standard. We had two bedrooms (each with 3 single beds) and a huge bathroom. The kitchen was very modern and fully equipped with everything we needed. Rodney Street is a great location for those who want to head into Liverpool as it's in walking distance (15 minutes and you're in Liverpool One)

The hosts couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. We were able to access the apartment earlier to decorate. Great communication throughout. Location was fab, easy short stay parking opposite the apartment and a multistorey car park only a 5 minute walk away.

Excellent house, very clean and comfortable, heating made it very warm, had to turn off some radiators, and open windows. The dishwasher was a big help and a couple of tablets had been provided. Beds were really comfy. We had a couple of questions whilst staying, I texted the host and had prompt replies. Parking was a bonus and we had no problem with this. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar had been left for us. Easy walking distance to town centre and we found excellent breakfast options within a few minutes walk
