Conveniently situated in Leicester, Novotel Leicester provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre and a bar. Upon my late arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly receptionist who swiftly assigned us a quiet room. Furthermore, both the receptionist and room service were exceptionally responsive, providing us with extra pillows promptly. This attentive service greatly enhanced our stay.

Beautifully appointed hotel in a lovely location next to Leicester cathedral. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and the decor in keeping with the age of the property. Lovely bed linen and towels. Staff very helpful with parking and recommendations of where to go for breakfast. Highly recommended.

The City Rooms is a beautiful Georgian Grade I Listed Building, that now boasts 4 luxurious Boutique hotel suites in the heart of Leicester City Centre. Great city-centre spot, really large room and bathroom, huge triangular bath, comfortable bed, decor is new and not tired, super friendly staff. I had a great stay in Leicester.
