Upon my late arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly receptionist who swiftly assigned us a quiet room. Furthermore, both the receptionist and room service were exceptionally responsive, providing us with extra pillows promptly. This attentive service greatly enhanced our stay.

Beautifully appointed hotel in a lovely location next to Leicester cathedral. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and the decor in keeping with the age of the property. Lovely bed linen and towels. Staff very helpful with parking and recommendations of where to go for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great city-centre spot, really large room and bathroom, huge triangular bath, comfortable bed, decor is new and not tired, super friendly staff. I had a great stay in Leicester.

Cityscape 2-BR - Leicester's Premier Urban Retreat is located in Leicester, just a 19-minute walk from Leicester Train Station and 1.2 miles from De Montfort University. The property was very clean and modern. We had all the amenities we needed making it perfect for a group of friends or family. It is in a good location with a car park downstairs. Definitely recommend for a short stay/break in Leicester. The host is amazing & communicated effectively.
