Upon my late arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly receptionist who swiftly assigned us a quiet room. Furthermore, both the receptionist and room service were exceptionally responsive, providing us with extra pillows promptly. This attentive service greatly enhanced our stay.

Beautifully appointed hotel in a lovely location next to Leicester cathedral. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and the decor in keeping with the age of the property. Lovely bed linen and towels. Staff very helpful with parking and recommendations of where to go for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Cityscape 2-BR - Leicester's Premier Urban Retreat is situated in the Leicester City Centre district of Leicester, 1.9 km from De Montfort University, 3.3 km from University of Leicester and 33 km... The property was very clean and modern. We had all the amenities we needed making it perfect for a group of friends or family. It is in a good location with a car park downstairs. Definitely recommend for a short stay/break in Leicester. The host is amazing & communicated effectively.
