Luxurious Park District Duplex Apartment is set in the North West district of Glasgow, 1.1 km from University of Glasgow, less than 1 km from Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum and 2 km from Glasgow... When we arrived, the property was very beautiful with a lot of great artworks and decorations. It was clean and comfortable, and we felt really happy and lucky. However, just a little later, we found that the freezer was covered in ice and unusable, the stovetop was not working, and later discovered the washing machine was full of clothes. I tried to contact the management, but they responded very late and told me they will send someone over to look the next day. And we were checking out the next day. It was really disappointing and unprofessional.

Very clean, host was very fast at responding! Beds are really comfortable. Great location also, really close to shops and great restaurants. Check in was super easy. The high ceilings and big windows overlooking the park are lovely. The apartment is located in walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants & to the University of Glasgow.
