Fantastic central location on the main shopping street and a block away from Cardiff Castle. An abundance of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, shopping centers, etc. all within walking distance, Flixbus/Megabus stops to/from London also approx. 7-10 min. away on foot. Helpful and friendly staff - especially Maya, who provided a lot of great information upon checking in! Housekeeping also did a great job, my room was cleaned spotless. Room 508 was spacious with a fabulous attached bathroom, the bed was very comfortable, complimentary coffee and tea provided. The rooftop bar with a nice smoking patio with city views was also amazing. A great value option smack in the middle of everything, definitely recommended to all future visitors!

The location is awesome, close to pubs, restaurants cafes bars shops and food shops. Although the room was a little tired looking, it was huge, with a comfy bed and two pillows. Coffee and tea facilities hairdryer iron ironing board. Great breakfast and staff happy to cook eggs to your liking

The hotel is really in the centre of the city, on a pedestrian area with a lot of shops. The windows are double, so there is a perfect noise insulation with the outside.. The Internet works perfectly. I had a very good stay and would book it again with pleasure.
