The staff was very friendly and hospitable; probably the best I've seen around Birmingham thus far. The hotel itself is well-designed, and it's situated very close to the train station.

Fairytale 2 Bedroom Apartment City Centre Free Parking is ideaal gelegen in het hart van Birmingham, en biedt een casino en uitzicht op de stad. The location was in the city center. It is 4 minutes walk from New Street train station. The host is very cooperative and understanding. they can be connected by phone /Whatsapp at any time if needed. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable- ideal for a family of 4 (additional one person may be accommodated). Key collection was very easy from a nearby location (1 minute walk from the property) for which direction was clearly provided by the host. many restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance. I loved the property and will certainly stay there again if I visit Birmingham.
