The stay at this property has always been great and have stayed here a fair few times, my last experience on Friday 8th April was a little less happy, at around 2:30-3 am on Saturday 9th April we were loudly woken up to loud knocking on the door, which happened to be a very intoxicated guest not knowing his own room.. and then to see him urinate right outside.. and after calling the front desk to which the staff member did respond, I’m beginning to wonder how such a intoxicated person was even able to get to the lifts and not be questioned at reception, the following morning we had to raise it agin at front desk to be told this had been noted and was offered a 20% refund on the room rate of £119.. the entire night was ruined for my girlfriend who could not get to any sleep after and speaking to the duty manager in the morning who was fully aware of the incident, I feel 20% was a kick in the teeth and I would have expected much more for the short falls of acknowledging the people walking in and out of the hotel.. I look forward to hearing from the team at the hotel.

Hotel Ibis Birmingham se nahaja v živahni kitajski četrti v središču Birminghama, zraven zabaviščnega centra Arcadian. The staff was very friendly and hospitable; probably the best I've seen around Birmingham thus far. The hotel itself is well-designed, and it's situated very close to the train station.

Nastanitev Birmingham City Centre, 2 bedroom Apartment, se nahaja v samem središču mesta Birmingham in ima balkon z razgledom na mesto. We stayed overnight last May 27-28. The place is near everything. Malls, Restau and beautiful places of Birmingham. We are family of four and we really enjoyed our stay. Spacious, clean and the owner is very approachable and nice.. For sure we will go back❤️❤️
