The stay at this property has always been great and have stayed here a fair few times, my last experience on Friday 8th April was a little less happy, at around 2:30-3 am on Saturday 9th April we were loudly woken up to loud knocking on the door, which happened to be a very intoxicated guest not knowing his own room.. and then to see him urinate right outside.. and after calling the front desk to which the staff member did respond, I’m beginning to wonder how such a intoxicated person was even able to get to the lifts and not be questioned at reception, the following morning we had to raise it agin at front desk to be told this had been noted and was offered a 20% refund on the room rate of £119.. the entire night was ruined for my girlfriend who could not get to any sleep after and speaking to the duty manager in the morning who was fully aware of the incident, I feel 20% was a kick in the teeth and I would have expected much more for the short falls of acknowledging the people walking in and out of the hotel.. I look forward to hearing from the team at the hotel.

This modern 4-star hotel is 500 metres from Birmingham New Street Rail Station and the Bullring shopping centre. It has stylish, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a gym. It’s amazing. Friendly staff, location is great and the room is big and comfy

The 4-star Macdonald Burlington Hotel is located in a Victorian property in the heart of the city centre, a 30 seconds walk from New Street Station. Great hotel, central position for shops and Town Hall. Friendly staff.

Ten nowoczesny hotel położony jest w tętniącym życiem centrum Birmingham. Oferuje on zakwaterowanie w stylowych pokojach z bezpłatnym WiFi. Usytuowanie bardzo blisko głównego dworca kolejowego. W sumie to wszędzie stąd jest blisko. Pod tym względem to jest super! Śniadania bardzo dobre, naprawdę nie można narzekać.

Hotel ibis Birmingham Centre usytuowany jest tętniącej życiem chińskiej dzielnicy w centrum miasta Birmingham, tuż obok centrum handlowo-rozrywkowego Arcadian Centre. The staff was very friendly and hospitable; probably the best I've seen around Birmingham thus far. The hotel itself is well-designed, and it's situated very close to the train station.

The place is near everything. Malls, Restau and beautiful places of Birmingham. We are family of four and we really enjoyed our stay. Spacious, clean and the owner is very approachable and nice.. For sure we will go back❤️❤️
