Located on the banks of the Saône, 6 km from Place Bellecour, Hôtel Lyon-ouest offers 102 rooms, a restaurant, Arteloge Coffee Corner and a gym. The property has a 24-hour reception. We do a lot of bussiness trips and also for holidays and stayed in a lot of hotels in bussines areas and i know what to expect from a hotel. The hotel was very clean and big rooms. The stuff was nice and helpfull. Location was ok with some restaurants in walking distance and bus stops just a minute away. The rooms had everything that you need. Breakfast was really good and the restaurant of the hotel one of the good ones in Lyon. For a 3 star hotel it was perfect.

Located in the Gorge de Loup business area, Hôtel Saphir Lyon is 350 metres from Gorge de Loup Metro Station and just one stop from Vieux Lyon. Marie in reception went out of her way to help with our questions. Close to transport and old Lyon.

The cleanless was very veryyyy bad, i attached the photo, there are no clean twels, coats, bed is verry poor, bathroom is all over hair, i get alergy of satying 1 day, the host not answer to my messeges,not answer of where is clean towels, my husbant do not sleep of poor bed and dirty bed

We loved the ability to sit outside and the proximity to the supermarket etc. The beds were comfortable and it was great that everything was explained through the QR code.
