It was a little fancier than I am accustomed. I am from America so getting used to how the French operate was odd. (toilet in a separate room from the shower).

Comfortable, quiet, great air con. Despite being next to a train station you couldn’t hear a thing. It was a relief to have such a comfortable sleep. Perfect for a night or two.

Located in Lyon city centre, Best Western Hotel du Pont Wilson offers modern rooms and suites with a view of the Fourvière hill in the historic part of the city. Free WiFi is provided. The staff are amazing. They helped us plan out our route through the city and recommended restaurants for dinner. Our son was ill in the middle of the night and fresh linens were brought up immediately. The location is central to the city-center. Breakfast had lots of options. The childrens bunk beds were in our room but separated by a little door which was a nice feature.

Located in central Lyon, Mercure Lyon Centre Saxe Lafayette is 15 minutes' walk from Part-Dieu TGV Train Station. It offers free high-speed WiFi access and a fitness room with an indoor swimming pool.... Location was very good, easy to access by car and there’s a parking place in front of the hotel, valet parking service was available which was so comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. No worries at all. After checking out, we wanted to go to have lunch, so we asked the staff if we could leave our luggage with them, and when we returned to the hotel, they had already put our car out in front of the hotel, which was very touching.

Located in Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement, ibis Lyon Part Dieu Les Halles is accross the street from the Halles de Lyon - Paul Bocuse indoor food market. The location is great. Once we were staying there, we felt ourselves at home. It was a great experience. Also, the room was very clean. Once we come back to Lyon, we will choose this place to stay! Thanks a lot for everything.
