Honestly the best hotel stay I have had in years! The staff were amazingly supportive even before our arrival but also made our actual stay extremely comfortable. They provided all the support we needed and made us feel very welcome during this special holiday season! (FYI - I was staying for Christmas alone with my 2,5 year old). The hotel itself is beautiful and has everything you might wish for. The lounge area including 24/7 snacks is super convenient and the free aperitivo a very nice touch. We had some food in the restaurant for Christmas eve and that was also very well prepared and served. Finally, the location is also great > especially at Christmas time since it is so close to the market, main square and opera square where the merry go round is located.

Mama Shelter Lille is located in the centre of Lille, a 4-minute walk from Lille Flandres Train and Metro Stations, as well as a 7-minute walk from Lille Europe Train Station. Loved Mamas Shelter! Its in a Great location, the room was spectacular. We didn't want to leave!

Located in central Lille, this design hotel is just 260 metres from Lille-Flandres Train Station and 650 metres from Lille-Europe Train Station. we loved everything about this hotel. it is a 2 minute walk from train station. Hotel Chagnot is situated in Lille city centre, directly opposite Lille Flanders Train Station and a 10-minute walk from Lille-Europe Station. It offers modern accommodation and free Wi-Fi access. Location excellent, booking in process quick. Reply to messages promptly the accommodation is all you need when your out and about in Lille and a place to rest your head, the staff lovely and friendly. Only a small breakfast room so we didn't have breakfast, continental I believe. Would hightly recommend Hotel Chagnot as an affordable hotel in an excellent location,very happy visitors.

Hotel was very close to downtown and easily walkable to get to most of the major attractions in the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly, our dogs were more than welcome and treated so very well. Breakfast was incredible, more than enough selection for even the most difficult of dietary needs. For the price, the room was astonishingly clean, super comfortable beds and one cannot forget to mention the large and updated shower. Wow! Certainly a wonderful experience for me, this is my third trip to Lille and my absolute favorite hotel out of all of them.

This 5-star hotel is located 400 metres from Lille-Europe Train Station. Pierre Mauroy Stadium is a 15-minute drive from the hotel and Lille Grand Palais is a 9-minute walk away. First we got greeted really great we got help with our luggage. In the room water was waiting for us. The room was big and nice. They made sure we where comfortable. The breakfast was great we order roomservice. Was nice that it had a casino we had some cocktails and food. The service was top and the staff too i recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was a standout feature of my stay. Clean and well-maintained, it featured high-quality fixtures and a refreshing shower. Its prime asset is the hotel's location, especially for travelers relying on public transportation, because it's close to the Gare Lille Europe and the shopping center. This strategic placement made my exploration of Lille hassle-free, allowing me to make the most of my short time in the city.
