The rooms are modern with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Very clean. Small but well equipped fitness room. Great central location. My husband and I treated ourselves to a massage offered by the hotel. It was amazing! Special thanks to Monica, who’s massage helped us to relax and feel rejuvenated after a day of sightseeing. She is fantastic, highly recommended. Special gratitude to Jackeline at the front desk. Her kind service and expertise are highly appreciated.

This 5-star hotel is located opposite San Sebastian’s Victoria Eugenia Theatre, with views over the Cantabrian Sea and Urumea River. Food was a bit expensive in room service. The room had a great view of the river, and very comfortable. Shower a little small, but manageable. The location was great for shopping and dinning walking distance.

Axel Hotel San Sebastián - Adults Only in San Sebastián provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a bar. all the receptionists were so kind and welcoming, i would like to praise Helena especially! my partner and i agreed that the level of service in this hotel was the highest we ever encountered. all the little things that improve your stay from good to unforgettable are there. if i ever come back to San Sebastiáni would definitely return to this hotel.
