The hotel ambiance is very nice, the main area is picturesque and nice to have some drinks in. The staff is very helpful. All in all a very good hotel and very good value for money.

This 5-star hotel is located opposite San Sebastian’s Victoria Eugenia Theater, with views over the Cantabrian Sea and Urumea River. Food was a bit expensive in room service. The room had a great view of the river, and very comfortable. Shower a little small, but manageable. The location was great for shopping and dinning walking distance.

Axel Hotel San Sebastián - Adults Only in San Sebastián provides adults-only accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a bar. all the receptionists were so kind and welcoming, i would like to praise Helena especially! my partner and i agreed that the level of service in this hotel was the highest we ever encountered. all the little things that improve your stay from good to unforgettable are there. if i ever come back to San Sebastiáni would definitely return to this hotel.
