We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are modern with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Very clean. Small but well equipped fitness room. Great central location. My husband and I treated ourselves to a massage offered by the hotel. It was amazing! Special thanks to Monica, who’s massage helped us to relax and feel rejuvenated after a day of sightseeing. She is fantastic, highly recommended. Special gratitude to Jackeline at the front desk. Her kind service and expertise are highly appreciated.

This 5-star hotel is located opposite San Sebastian’s Victoria Eugenia Theatre, with views over the Cantabrian Sea and Urumea River. Food was a bit expensive in room service. The room had a great view of the river, and very comfortable. Shower a little small, but manageable. The location was great for shopping and dinning walking distance.

Axel Hotel San Sebastián - Adults Only se nachází v San Sebastiánu a nabízí ubytování pouze pro dospělé, sezónní venkovní bazén, fitness centrum a bar. all the receptionists were so kind and welcoming, i would like to praise Helena especially! my partner and i agreed that the level of service in this hotel was the highest we ever encountered. all the little things that improve your stay from good to unforgettable are there. if i ever come back to San Sebastiáni would definitely return to this hotel.
