Such a manager like Mr Ahmed Ismail in this hotel helped us to achieve all our dreams and expectations (during the stay asking us about all what we need and did it , also arranged for us taxi to the airport) The staff were very kind and friendly food and restaurants were great. the beach was huge and cleaned . The room was also clean and renovated.

I stayed at this resort with my family. It was wonderful, above my expectations, highly professional staff, very clean spacious room with a beautiful view. And mr ayman made everything very easy and quick. Airport pick and drop and so many activities to do on resort

Friendly staff, and helpful. The room cleaning guys on 4th floor were really nice and helpful. Also kudos to Reba for helping with router, The Lebanese restaurant was tremendous (Yaya - cook was fantastic). I regret that I didn;t eat there every night, I wasn't even aware of it until I asked the staff about where the other restaurants were! Maybe the hotel should advertise it in the rooms! Also, the server in the breakfast room was excellent and educated me on how to prepare the foul. I've been coming to Egypt since 1977 and I have always said that the Egyptian people are among the friendliest and most helpful of all the countries that I've been to (approx 100).
