Ok where to star from we came with 3 families and had a very fast and smooth check in and given us the best rooms they had available the manager himself Mahmoud and the staff at reception was excellent and give us the best welcome and helped us out with late check out and took away all the stress I had for my late check out specially I had kids. I can never than you guys enough l.This hotel is a full entertainment hotel wonderful animation team Wasem Alex Lilly and the kids club guys and a few more that I forgot the name wow wonderful guys. Kitchen staff was amazing the chefs were personally coming and asking if we liked the food and introducing Egyptian food Ahmed the chef manager became like a family and had so much laugh at restaurant and made our holiday very special. The food is different everyday and lots of different delicious options to choose and eat from.i will definitely come again and again to this hotel. All I can say come and see it for yourself for family couples they have everything and if you want to see in video I will upload the video on my sons YouTube channel soon you will see it and love it.

Located at the 4 km long Makadi Bay, the SUNRISE Royal Makadi Aqua Resort has an oriental flair. 3rd time here. We returned here after 14 years. Hotel was good before and got even better. Staff is extremely friendly and respectful not only towards guests, but towards each other also. Food is also a huge improvement. Specially Ala Carte restaurants - they are really good, food is tasty and prepared with care and passion. Cocktails are made with real and good quality juice. Room was clean, beach is very good also. Hotel is also very suited for families. Nice vegetation and flours. Very good gym. Lots of free activities.

Located in Hurghada, SUNRISE Tucana Resort -Grand Select- offers premium all-inclusive concept . The property is situated 27 km from New Marina and 28 km from Giftun Island. First of all i like the style of the resort it’s spacial and beautiful in all the details from the lobby to the rooms. Also , the food was very delicious and i like the way that I chose from the menu. The service is fast and the staff very kind. There’s nothing to complain of, I’m very happy of this visit and i will return to it again in the future.

Des del primer moment que vam entrar per la porta de l'hotel vam rebre una atenció exel•lent. Vam gaudir de tot tipus de detalls adaptats als nostres gustos i això va ser possible gràcies al nostre assistent Hannah, que ens va donar tot de facilitats i "regals" que van fer la nostra experiència a l'Hotel fos immillorable. El complex és molt bonic, cuidat, gran, tranquil i les habitacions molt espaioses, netes i amb totes les “amenities” necessàries, grans piscines amb vistes increïbles al mar, el menjar boníssim i molt variat amb multitud de restaurants i opcions per triar! la platja té una barrera de coral increïble on pots veure infinitat de peixos…en definitiva, de 10 i repetirem segur!

Just 400 metres from the beach, Jaz Makadi Saraya offers rooms with a private furnished balcony. It features outdoor heated pools. Simply perfect in everything, food, cleanliness, staff friendly, and specially reception staff extremely helpful and friendly (Mohamed mansoura and Mr. Tal'at). Definitely will repeat it again and would recommend it to everyone.

Situated on a private beach, Serenity Beach Resort is a Moroccan-style resort 38 km south of Hurghada. It offers 5-star accommodation with Red Sea views with 5 swimming pools and 3 restaurants. Our stay there was really nice. The staff in reception Victoria and Ahmed were very friendly and they helped us with the check in. Mr. Mohammed upgraded our room to the suite with jacuzzi. The food was good. The snorkeling was beautiful with a variety kinds of fishes. They have wonderful views and beautiful gardens

This village-style resort, built in the Nubian Style, is located in Madinat Makadi. Hotel is second line with large private sandy beach with reef for snorkeling or diving. Fantastic staff which were super friendly and helpful. Beach with amenities was just a couple of mins walk away. Food at the rasturant was great, different meals with range of local and international meals. Room was a great size and very comfortable. Plenty of things to do around the resort such as billiards, table tennis, the pool, as well as a shuttle to the (free) water park which was fantastic.
