Hotel Garzota Inn ligger precis intill den internationella flygplatsen José Joaquín de Olmedo och erbjuder gratis frukostbuffé och en 24-timmarsreception. When i booked the room, as a genius status, i had an upgrade in the room. The room wasnt available, the bathroom wasnt able. And they changed the room for another one that was good, but not the room i booked. The solved the problem changing us the room and leaving us two more hours to the the check out as courtesy.

Casa Canelos har ett perfekt läge i området Garzota i Guayaquil, 6 km från Saint Francis Church, 6,5 km från Malecón 2000 och 16 minuters promenad från Plaza del Sol. We have nothing but praise for Casa Canelos: the room was huge and super clean, the bed extremely comfy, the host super friendly and welcoming and the location perfect for our short stay before an early flight out of Guayaquil (NB: reading other reviews some make comments about the location, maybe you want to have a look at the map first :-)). Also big thanks to Eli for organising our local transport downtown and later to the airport, and the flexibility to checkout really early at 3 AM as we had to check in for the flight. Our only regret that because of the early checkout we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast, which would certainly have been wonderful too! Thank you for your hospitality!

The hosts were extremely helpful, even came and got us when we got lost. We don’t speak Spanish but our hosts spoke very good English which was a nice bonus.
