The room was spacious, clean and nicely organized. Breakfast was the best I had in a hotel. Staff was also very kind. I have to mention Miss Hsiao-Ai Chen for being so cheerful and helpful. Location is good because it's very near to main station and also to Karlsplatz. We stayed as a family and my daughter liked the playground which is located just in front of the hotel, in the park.

The area is safe and clean, there are several restaurants, supermarkets and museums close by. The bus from Memmingen airport stops near the hotel, so everything was easy to reach. The hotel is very clean, modern, and the staff is very friendly. We had a large room with a balcony, a good bed, wardrobe, desk, and a safe. The breakfast was generous and diverse. We will return.

Its elegant rooms feature traditional wooden furniture and free WiFi access.... The front desk staff were amazing and so helpful, doing everything to make us feel at home and valued as customers. The room was immaculate and luxurious. They had many extra touches and amenities, like fresh coffee or tea in the lobby, pastries. The whole experience was a delight!
