We obviously got a bargain rate for this hotel as we've tried to re-book for our return trip and it was twice the price! Well worth what we paid - the room was fantastic, with provision for our dog. Very clean, comfy bed, good size bathroom with proper basin area that you can actually put stuff on. The breakfast was *amazing* - anything you could have thought of was there. I even had a cheeky bucks fizz :) One of the few hotels I've stayed in recently that actually still has a mini bar (payable, of course) - a nice touch. Short walk to neighbouring wooded parkland areas. We didn't eat here but the menu looked great (although somewhat expensive).

Desde el momento de mi llegada el personal fue muy agradable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, La limpieza de la habitación fue impecable. La cama es muy cómoda el armario es espacioso y grande y el restos de los muebles son muy funionales. El baño es grande y bastante nuevo. La ubicación también es muy buena, cerca de la estación Harburg Rathaus.

The location is fantastic, especially for a semi-retired railway engineer as we were close to Harburg railway station and our room even over looked the tracks to the harbour. We have stayed at B&about Harburg for several years, and for us it is fantastic. This trip my son and I took journeys on various trains around Hamburg and beyond, sampling the food and beer as we went. We had long days out as the weather was very pleasant and there is always loads to do around the city. Of particular mention are the superb staff. The hotel manager was so kind, helpful, friendly and totally professional. When my son’s very late night flight from Hamburg airport back to England was cancelled, the hotel manager helped to sort out additional accommodation. A true professional and a total credit to the B&B company, especially as my son was very stressed because the airline he had booked with just abandoned him and told him to find his own way home.
