I was actually surprised with how well everything went. The check-in process was smooth and we were allowed to check in early. The building is very modern and clean. The room is spacious, very comfortable, clean and has a kitchenette with all the utensils you might need, also comes with a fridge, a freezer and a coffee machine. The location is very close to the Reeperbahn and so you have everything around. definitely recommend

It was almost silent in my room despite being close to a main road, because the rooms faced away from the road into a shared courtyard. The only unusual thing is that there wasn't a kettle to make coffee or tea in the room itself, although I imagine the staff would have provided one had I asked. Accessibility, as you would imagine from the hotel's description, was exceptional.

The room is locked with a code, you don’t need to carry any keys or cards, it’s very convenient. But if you want, you can take a traditional key (I didn’t). The room has a desk where you can work on the computer. The Internet is excellent. There was also a TV, but I didn’t turn it on. The staff is very friendly. If I need to go to Hamburg again, I will choose this hotel.
