The customer service is incredible. The manager is doing its best to consider your requests. The cleaning team member is nice, polite, and professional.

It was clean, comfy, very well located, the breakfast was very high quality, the staff very friendly and understanding about my requests. I LOVED everything, felt at home.

The staff was very friendly and the bed was really comfortable and clean. Very much recommended.

This family-run hotel is situated amid the bars, restaurants and discos in the heart of Düsseldorf's Old Town district. The Königsallee shopping street and the River Rhine are a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were also kind. It's definitely a hotel that feels old, but I thought it was a good value considering the location. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
