Staff were very helpful. Lovely Patricia on the front desk was very welcoming, went beyond and above helping us with information and maps,love her. The young chap was also great sorting breakfast for us very last minute. All the staff were so pleasant and friendly.

We caught a train and a tram to reach the apartment. The local tram stop was a few minutes walk, nice and convenient.

Instructions for keys were provided also the day before. I liked also a koffiemachine-it was really necessary after a long trip to Koln. It was a tram line on the street, but after a long walking around the city we were so tired to get the noise of it. Also the next day we were not disturbed by any noise. I can really recommend this place.
