Hotellid piirkonnas Braunsfeld (Köln)

This hotel stands beside a lake in Cologne’s city forest. It offers quiet rooms, a lakeside beer garden and direct train/bus connections to Cologne's historic centre. The staff was very friendly, very helpful. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable so I slept well. The restaurant even stayed open a couple of minutes longer just to make sure I got some dinner after late business meetings kept me from arriving sooner. Not only that - the quality of the dinner was absolute top! Breakfast was excellent- there's something for everyone. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the Stadtpark with its lovely lake while I ate. The location was close to the Unikilink - just a short walk. If I had had time to sightsee, it's also just a couple minutes drive with car or public transportation (or not quite an hour walk) from the Kölner Dom and the old downtown. I'm definitely coming back soon.
