Great comfortable hotel- the rooms were really spacious, especially for a family of five!! Amazing location totally worth every penny and the friendliest staff ever - Any problem they will help you immediately. Also close to the center so great to go shopping see the sights and it’s next to the gorgeous Rhein!! Plenty of room to park- basically everything you could ask for in a hotel!!

It was online check in and check out, se i did it fast and no reason to wait, also the location was perfect. The breakfast was so nice, cheap and fresh. I will visit again next time.

This hotel is located at the Heumarkt square, in the heart of Cologne's Old Town district. Hotel zur Malzmühle offers free WiFi, views of Cologne Cathedral and a restaurant with brewery. We enjoyed the Bräuerei connected to it so much, we stayed at the hotel again on our way back through the Köln. Probably will stay there again in the future. :-) The Mühlenkräuten Schnapps tastes delicious! Location near Altstadt and the Rhine is perfect. Parking is pay only, in the parking structure through the Heumarkt.

Hotel Marsil is a design hotel situated in the heart of Cologne Old Town, just 1 km from the River Rhine and near the art and shopping areas and the Belgian Quarter with its fine restaurants. Location was a good walking distance to the train - about 10 minutes. Lovely set up, cozy and comfortable. Great staff who welcomed us and even took the time to share with us about the various Christmas markets and popular locations to visit and eat. Also kindly informed us of places to be more weary and careful.

Soundproofed rooms, free Wi-Fi and a well-stocked bar are features of this hotel in Cologne. It is located just 1.6 km from Cologne Cathedral, one of the city’s main attractions. The hotel was spotless with gorgeous decor and lovely and helpful staff. The breakfast offered was delicious and the bar downstairs had a great ambiance. The location of the hotel enabled you to access everything you needed on foot or via public transport with ease.

This hotel is located on the River Rhine in Cologne’s historic city centre and features modern design, stylish rooms, free WiFi, and a large rooftop terrace. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel lies in the heart of Cologne, 100 metres from the Rhine Promenade. The bright and spacious rooms at Hotel Lyskirchen feature elegant interiors. The room was so incredible. Very clean and big, the location couldn’t of been better. You can walk to the Dom and it‘s right next to Chocolate Museum. I would recommend this Hotel for your stay in Cologne. We are for sure coming back.

This is a converted historic water tower in the centre of Cologne's Old Town. Beautifully designed with impeccable attention to detail. Excellent breakfast and the rooftop bar is fantastic.

This centrally located, 4-star hotel is a 15-minute walk from Cologne’s Old Town and Main Train Station. It offers a restaurant, a spa and modern rooms with satellite TV. Veľká priestranná izba s veľkým oknom. Izby sú pomerne dobre odhlučnené. Po príchode na hotel pred check-inom sme si mohli zadarmo odložiť batožiny. Hotel sa nachádza hneď vedľa zastávky električky, čo je veľká výhoda. Hotel sa nachádza v tichej a príjemnej lokalite. Kladne hodnotím aj vybavenie izby a kúpeľne (napr. fén či veľký sprchovací kút).

Hotel NH Koln Altstadt sa nachádza v centre Kolína a svojim hosťom ponúka veľké a klimatizované izby, recepciu s non-stop prevádzkou a bezplatné Wi-Fi pripojenie vo všetkých priestoroch. PRICE AND VALUE: We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Considering the price, we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of our stay. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a free welcome drink along with some sweets. ROOM: The room felt even more spacious and comfortable than expected, and it was very clean (for reference, my partner's dust allergies didn't flare up once like at previous hotel experiences). The bathroom is big enough and modern. We really enjoyed the ambient lighting in the room. Despite some reviews we've read before our stay, we found that the AC was working fine and made our room cool enough. The windows also cancelled out outside noise well. The pillows were just soft enough to bring us a comfortable rest. Also, you have the option to dismiss housekeeping, in which case you receive vouchers for free drinks at the hotel bar. LOCATION: During our stay, we've seen many different parts of Köln, so we can confidently say that this hotel's location is superb - the Chocolate museum and the Rhine river are right across the road and the Cathedral is only a comfortable walk away. It's also in a close proximity to tram and bus stations, which is very useful. PARKING: Parking is available at the hotel for 20e per day in the hotel's underground garage, which considering the other options in Köln is a middle range price point, but it feels much safer than having it out on the street. It's spacious enough and easy to park. Important to note, we arrived at about 4 pm and finding a parking spot in the garage wasn't hard - but later in the evening, it filled up completely, so you would have to search for other options (there are several in close proximity). You can't reserve a parking spot. We kept the car in there throughout our entire stay, so it didn't really matter, but if you plan on driving around throughout your stay, keep this in mind.
