Located in an historic building famous for hosting artists, Orania.Berlin dates back to 1913 and features a cultural as well as historical legacy. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the hotel itself is a lovely quiet oasis to enter after the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also in an interesting area with dozens of small restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The room was equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was large and comfortable with a proper duvet. The bathroom held a high standard and also a spacious shower area. The atmosphere is friendly and calm. The distance to the subways stations (2 nearby) is also a short legstretch, and it doesn't take long to get to a number of the major sightseeing spots.

I really liked the hotel - location is very convenient, lots of transportation options, rooms were clean and breakfast was great with a lot of options! Staff was so nice and friendly as well! The room was very practical and the hotel was exceptionnally situated right next to the East Side Gallery and the Mercedes area. Also in front of the train station. Helpful staff and great breakfast. We had a wonderful time!
