The location couldn't be better, right in front of Aachen's Theater, next to the Dom. I arrived by car and there are several car-park options nearby. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel looked very new and its lobby was fantastic, plenty of room with very comfortable sofas, very convenient for both working and socialising. The staff was very nice, provided good tips and helped me to plan and collect some bagagges by UPS services, it was really appreciated indeed. I travelled with my dog and it was more than welcome, the staff gave her some snacks and treats.

The staff is really friendly and the hotel was very clean. It’s located right in the center, but still very quiet to sleep. There is a free mini bar with soda’s and chocolate snacks, nice towels and a bathrobe and slippers for the sauna. The bed was also comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Convenientemente localizado apenas a 300 metros da Estação Ferroviária Central de Aachen, este elegante hotel goza de uma localização central na Cidade Velha. because we were arriving late we called ahead and lady at the reception stayed almost an hour after reception closes, which me and my colleague are really grateful for, and she also gave us pointers where to grab a long dinner
