Staff was super. Rooms and facilities are comfortable, all was clean. Good price in the center of Brno. The Christmas markets were near. All we asked was possible.

The room I stayed in was large and beautifully done. The location in the heart of the old town couldn't be better. The contactless check-in was smooth and easy. I didn't cook, but the kitchenette included a Nespresso machine and a water boiler with tea and coffee provided, which was a nice extra The best thing about this property was the staff communication. They answered questions and messages immediately, both before and during my stay, and went out of their way to accomodate my special request without hesitation.
