This was truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed out in my entire life. It absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. We were not even supposed to stay at this hotel as we had booked a different property initially but they cancelled last minute and we ended up at OSH hotel and what a blessing in disguise. Firstly, the interior, design and decor is absolutely stunning. It looks like something out of a catalogue I was amazed at all the attention to detail. The rooftop and pool were absolutely stunning, so peaceful so clean, and the service is impeccable. Every single one of the employees at this hotel made us feel so welcome and safe. A special thank you to Juan Carlos, and all the ladies working at the restaurant at breakfast time. Also unfortunately we did not get his name but the man with glasses that checked us in was a gem. We only got to stay four days, but we would come back and stay a whole week!!! I recommend this 1000 times to anyone visiting Cartagena. Also the location is perfect, right next to Getsemaní. We already miss it so much!!!

We just stayed for 1 night, because we had to catch a flight the next day. The receptionist Jessica was very kind and helped us with all of our questions. We could still use the pool en facilities after checking out at 12.00 hrs. Breakfast was very good, good coffee. They also speak English. The room smelled amazing and the hotel is very stylish.

This boutique hotel is situated in the Getsemani neighbourhood of Cartagena de Indias. It has a rooftop terrace with a hot tub, and offers air-conditioned guestrooms with free WiFi. Excellent location, central to the busy area but far away to not hear any noise. Staff was all very welcoming. Alfonso, our breakfast waiter would go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The decor was super beautiful and it was a wonderful stay.

The best breakfast I had in Latin America.

The hotel has a good location, although the very street where it sits can look a little sketchy at night. We never had a problem though and it didn't feel unsafe. The check in was smooth and they even stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. The breakfast was really good and the people were really nice.
