Very big and nice decorated room. The room service for food is exceptional. I had stomach issue during the stay and only wanted to have rice porridge. The hotel does have rice porridge in room service but only for breakfast time. When I called room service at 4pm, they were very kind and cooked rice porridge for me. Thank you.

Located a 10-minute drive by car from the city centre, Holiday Inn Shanghai Vista offers rooms with 24-hour room service. It features an indoor pool, fitness centre, 2 restaurants and a lounge. The breakfast was very good, the staff was always very helpful and could speak english, the room was comfortable, the bathroom had a very good shower, the elevators were fast, there was a good restaurant area nearby, close to underground station, beautiful promenade to walk or exercise in the morning or in the evening

Il Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel è un Marriott Luxury & Lifestyle Hotel nel quale troverete che semplici delizie si trasformeranno in momenti memorabili. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The restroom is functional with good cool & warm water system. The hotel is located in the quiet area but not too far from city center. The curtain is so good that I could wake up around noon without any light disturbance. Soundproof is also excellent. I could take good rest every night during my stay. The breakfast is good, tasteful and full of variety of choice. However, the most important thing that I am very impressed is about the hospitality of all staffs of the hotel. They kindly and promptly response to my request with their highest effort via the inbox of booking.com app and also in person when I and my family arrived the the hotel. They had made us feel that we can trust them and rely on their professional. If I have a chance to visit Shanghai in the future, I will absolutely consider staying at this hotel again.

L'Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Putuo vi accoglierà in un angolo tranquillo e silenzioso della vivace città di Shanghai, lungo il fiume Su Zhou. The staff are very friendly. They are helpful beyond their prescribed obligations, especially Mr. Jiang, the young staff at the front counter, as well as the manager on duty whom I didn't capture his last name. They provide professional responses to my needs and questions that are as good as the my previous stay at the five star hotel in HK.
