Host is very sweet, she’s got every information you need in Hangzhou and would give you a detailed introduction. I like her voice that makes me at ease. Definitely recommend it.

This was a truly beautiful, wonderfully designed hotel with an exceptional staff (special shout-out to Tina at the front desk but everyone was SO helpful and kind. Best breakfast we’ve had in China! Loved the pool!! Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and designed, excellent on-site restaurant and bar. Best place to stay in Hangzhou!!

Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!
