We stayed on Christmas Eve, and the stuff gave us a welcome Christmas gift. Also, every now and then, the stuff passes through the rooms and knocks to give you some fruits. The hotel gave us a free room upgrade. Thank you, Arthur Hotel. we will gladly visit you again if we have the chance.

The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are always out of this world. A special thank you to SPLA. On our 1st day of arrival, he helped us with a cab driver who had overcharged us, from the airport to the hotel. He was extremely attentive, and from that night, he went over and above the call of duty to make sure that we're comfortable and don't lack for anything. He made us feel at home. Him and his colleagues made sure to organize and keep our luggage because we had to travel to another province for 2 days.They kept it safe for us until we returned. Krystal the guest relations officer was also amazing. Almost every morning she would make sure we get to our correct destinations, translating for us. She would also make amazing recommendations for us, she speaks good English. She made us feel at home. Kervin, I think he's a supervisor or manager, was also so kind to us. Overall this is the reason why I always choose to stay at the Langham, when I'm in Guangzhou. Their hospitality never lacks. It's a good hotel, with amazing personnel that make you feel at home.

The Westin Pazhou is located in the Area C of Canton Fair Complex and offers direct access to the Guangzhou International Convention & Exhibition Centre. Room is clean and well designed, although the place is a little bit far from the city center, it is near a subway station and easily reached on foot. Quite and well maintained.

Offering leisure facilities, Shangri-La Guangzhou features commanding views of the Pearl River and beautifully landscaped grounds. OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND STAFF WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUIREMENTS

Great location, just a few meters from the Canton Tower with the Canton Tower metro station. Just 5 stops from the Canton Fair by tram. The hotel is all renewed, with well-equipped rooms, very clean. Great breakfast with a nice variety of food both continental and local.
