El Jumeirah Guangzhou, diseñado por KCA, está situado en el corazón del distrito financiero, a pocos pasos del centro financiero y del centro comercial GT Land Winter Plaza. En hoteles de este calibre uno ya cuenta con que las instalaciones son excepcionales. Para mi lo que marca la diferencia es el personal y la atención prestada. Y desde luego que durante mi estancia fue de 10. Tuve un problema con uno de los autobuses para ir a la feria, y la atención por parte del equipo del hotel fue excepcional. Felicitar y agradecer al personal por su buen trato. Desde luego que volveré para futuras visitas a la feria de Cantón.

Special thanks to mr Alex Yang for the smooth check in and check out process. He is helpful and experienced. Also offered to upgrade the room at 90rmb only and allow to check in to our room at 1-2pm. Fast and efficient ! Rooftop bar is recommended ! Nice ambience and spectacular GZ tower /city view 👍🏻 Staffs are nice to arrange us a seat even though last minute reservation made during Christmas night itself .

Great pool with good steam room and gym. Good breakfast. Very comfortable and luxurious room. Churchill Bar is stylish and absolutrly unique as a hotel bar. Will come back for the bar.

Every single hotel staff is caring and they go out of their way to help the guests. Location is great. Canton Fair shuttle service is excellent.

Value for money.. Rooms were spacious with quality amenities, and river view was spectacular. The spa was amazing especially with the guest discount!

I thought my wife lost her bag, after I told them, they did not sit for a minute before they help me to call the taxi who gave me that ride! Especially, the women whose last name “He”.
