Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was not to far from the city center and perfect reachable by public transport

They answer all our questions especially how to get card for public transportation. The room is cleaned everyday. The gentleman at the restaurant is very helpful. He assisted us very much. Our flight back to AU leaves later that night. The staff allowed us to stored our luggage for a couple of hours free of charge. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay in Switzerland.
