There was an issue with the AC in the room that I wasn’t aware. Reception rang and resolved before I even asked. Amazing service and moved to a better room to apologise.

The Hotel was fabulous and very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely restaurant with delicious food, parking was good with elevator into Hotel from parking lot. Location was perfect for walking to all the attractions, very central. All in all a great visit to Ottawa and a great Hotel.
