Team member beyond expectations? Yes, Sarah in the concierge team. She is phenomenal. We’ve had so many questions during our stay and she was really helpful all the time. She is the main reason that we enjoyed our stay so much. Further comments Loved the new old money styled umbrellas at the pool area. Great design. The 100 years old brand is on spot.

Great rooftop (view) with a small pool and fitness studio. Excellent American buffet breakfast. Friendly staff, not much English however. New Year's Eve on the beach (see photo).

The hotel is undergoing renovations until August/2024 in the seafront area of ​​the building and the areas of the Rooftop, Swimming Pool, Pool Bar, apartments with sea view and restaurant with sea... Loved the style of the hotel, the staff was amazing as well. We even got the opportunity to check in earlier and check out later AND got a free room upgrade if we just joined their free ALL program for travelers, so that was a small prize to pay for such nice bonuses!
