The staff was truly exceptionally helpful and helped me plan my trip beautifully! I really appreciate this cause I arrived late and only had a short stay in Rio so their help really made my time in Rio the amazing experience that it was!

We even got the opportunity to check in earlier and check out later AND got a free room upgrade if we just joined their free ALL program for travelers, so that was a small prize to pay for such nice bonuses!
