We did not use the spa but used the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Outdoor pool is way to small and crowded even though ample outdoor space for bigger one. Food was good and well prepared with various vegetarian and meat dishes to choose from. Servers friendly and efficient all staff welcoming and very nice . We had very nice stay and when coming to Velingrad we will stay again. Thanks and keep up with the great work!

Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik este situat în Velingrad, capitala balneară a Balcanilor. We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!
