Under the leadership of the charismatic and professional manager, Frederic, the entire staff ensured that we felt warmly welcomed throughout our visit. The breakfast offerings are of high-quality produce, while the rooms exuded a pleasant ambiance, complete with exceptionally comfortable beds. The hotel's facilities were exemplary adding to the overall experience. Our experience at The Stanhope surpassed all prior hotel stays, without any discernible shortcomings. Breakfast was very decent. The location is excellent, just between the European Quarter and the Park Cinquantenaire.

Hotel Satellite is located in the European District in Brussels, a 10-minute walk from Schuman Train, Bus and Metro Station, from where the city centre can be reached in 15 minutes. The man at reception (who's name I forgot to get) was very welcoming and humorous and I was surprised when he showed us the room how much space we had and how bright and clean it was so first impressions were brilliant. We stayed in the 1st room nearest the entrance, only for 1 night but we would have gladly stayed for longer if we were able to! Comfy beds, warm shower, clean room with all the amenities we needed all for a decent price, A+
