Very helpful and friendly staff. They organized for me a pick up from Charleroi airport to the hotel. Hotel is nice, room was clean. Good location close to metro station and lots of restaurants nearby.

Sofitel Brussels Europe is centrally located on the lively Place Jourdan, walking distance from the major EU institutions and four stops away by metro from the historical city centre and the Grand... Friendliness and hospitality. Staff was helpful, and rooms were clean. Beds were like clouds!!

Hotel Derby MERODE is situated in front of the Cinquantenaire Park in Brussels, a 5-minute walk from the Royal Museums of Art and History. The hotel has a 24-hour reception. The staff was very polite and the room was very clean end also is valued for the money

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

It was really big, clean and comfortable. Perfect for family or group of friends. The location is really good, super nice neighborhood close to the European parliament. We didn't have any contact with the host during our stay, everything was working perfectly.

Located right in the centre of Brussels, B&B Place Jourdan offers fully furnished apartments, as well as rooms with flat-screen TV, 200 metres from the Jourdan Square and 900 metres from the European... Everything! The place was clean, comfortable with a delicious breakfast and a kind reception. Even the location was amazing, with close access to the commission and amazing restaurants with a good neighborhood feel just up the street.

The apartment is excellently located in the walking distance from the underground station Montgomery and train station Merode, very close to the centre of Etterbeek with a lot of shops, restaurants and cafés and around 15 minutes by tram from the Brussels' tram museum in Woluwe (which was quite important for us :) ). The host Vadim was very helpful and attentive. The flat itself in rather smaller apartment house was light and comfortable and by and large exceeded our expectations. It is also suitable for holiday with kids (as we are an example of that). We especially appreciated to have a small Brio railwork, other toys and crayons provided by Vadim which helped us to have fun even during rather rainy days. If we come to Brussels again, cozy 2 bedroom apartment will be definitely among our first choices.
