The person who was looking after our stay was very kind and helpful. When we arrived he led us to our room and in order to put our luggage away. He called us approximately 10 minutes after to greet us with some champagne and a charcuterie board. We asked him if he knew any good restaurants in the area and he send us I think a dozen different restaurants of all kinds. Since it’s a small castle there are only 3 rooms and there isn’t a reception 24/7. So we got keys to be able to get in an out whenever we wanted. We even had some food delivered to this place in the middle of the night. We also got some red wine the first day on the house. We went there during the christmas holidays in order to see the christmast markets. You didn’t have a bar in your own room but there was a common bar in the hallway where you could get drinks and some snacks. It’s based on trust so they don’t know what you took unless you tell them, which is something I appreciate very much. It felt as if a family was taking care of the small castle. We liked it very much because it was very seclueded and including us there was one other couple. We decided we would definitly come back here again.

De B&B Bru-Beauline biedt gratis fietsen en ligt in Brugge, op 4 km van de Oude Markt. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. This was a really enjoyablem stay. We were offered beer or wine in the garden on arrival and given the loan of a Bruges guidebook. The breakfast was superb, with a wide choice that was unexpected given we were the only guests. There was off-road parking (but on-street parking would not have been a problem anyway). 20-minute walk into Bruges.

Het bevindt zich op 12 minuten rijden van het historische centrum van Brugge. lovely house, clean, spacious and comfortable. the owners were lovely, felt really welcome and at home. excellent location, bus stop just a short walk with a bus that goes into Bruges. little one loved the chickens and cows. would definitely stay here again.

Villa Chantecler is gevestigd in een traditioneel Belgisch herenhuis en beschikt over een terras op het zuiden en gratis WiFi. Het ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het historisch centrum van Brugge. The historic villa was part of a 1912 structure. It was comfortable and well maintained. Our host. Virginia was delightful, let us check in early and check out late and provided information we needed to make our trip even better. The only issue was a narrow wooden staircase to our room is located on the first floor which to me meant the ground level with no steps involved. It is challenging with luggage. Definitely recommend staying here
