Situated in Perth, 1.6 km from Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Holiday Inn West Perth features air-conditioned accommodation and a fitness centre. We arrived at night and were very well received. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. The room is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is very quiet. The hotel restaurant offers simple Italian cuisine; the food is very delicious, and the portions are simply huge, with very polite staff as well. We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to a particular location we needed to be near, but we do not regret our choice at all.

Club Wyndham Perth, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is located in West Perth, just 10 minutes' drive from the city centre. It combines impressive architecture with stylish accommodation. Club Wyndham in West Perth is a modern, unpretentious boutique hotel in a quiet location yet central to exploring Perth's attractions. There is underground parking for $20 per day which I think is a good value. Free bus service to the City at the front door. Many breakfast options within 5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Competitively priced.

M5 West Perth Studio Apartment near Kings Park is situated in the West Perth district of Perth, 2.3 km from Perth Concert Hall, 2.7 km from Kings Park and 3.7 km from WACA. Came over from Sydney and stayed with a friend of mine over a long weekend for a little holiday and visit. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was excellent, with short walks to many restaurants, shops and Kings Park, with bus stops right outside if you don't want to be walking too much that will get you just about anywhere you need to in the CBD. Leading up to check-in my correspondence with Sharon who manages this apartment was excellent, there were a few hiccups but all got sorted with no dramas and she made the whole experience smooth and easy. Definitely recommend staying here or with any property managed by Short Rental Perth. If I ever find myself in Perth again I'll definitely be considering them as my first choice.

Located across the road from beautiful Kings Park, Quest Kings Park offers modern studio apartments. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The location next to Kings Park was lovely. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. We were near 2 of the free city bus lines (Purple CAT and Red CAT).

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, The Sebel West Perth is set in Perth. Private parking is available on site. Friendly and helpful staff (I.e. Jade). Offer shower room and luggage storage service after checked out ( I have a very late flight so that really helped a lot). The room is spacious, have balcony, kitchen, washing and drying machine, great for staying multiple days. Despite not located in CBD, the accommodation is closed to CAT stop and City West train station, so it’s very convenient for traveling to CBD or Fremantle. Have secure parking.

Malibu Apartments are a 7-minute drive from central Perth, and a free bus service is just 50 metres away. All apartments are self-contained with a full kitchen and a washing machine. Easy booking, Real nice apartment clean, hot water on demand powerful shower, comfortable bed and pillows was really fresh car park at rare really good I enjoyed my stay

Quest on Rheola is located in West Perth, only a 5-minute drive from Perth CBD. It is a short walk from Kings Park Botanical Gardens. Chose it for the location as close to Nedlands where we had a family wedding. Liked the layout and the comfort of the apartment and the space was generous. Coffee shop was just a 4 minute walk and it opened early so that was a bonus.

Overlooking the Swan River, Riverview on Mount Street offers stylish apartments with views of Perth city centre. There is an on-site restaurant and all apartments include a fully equipped kitchen. I love everything about this hotel. It is in the perfect location next to Kings Park, the room is very comfortable and the cafe downstairs is worth travelling from Melbourne for. Riverview on Mount is my go-to for work, and very reasonably priced.

Westside Retreat is situated in the West Perth district of Perth, 4 km from Perth Concert Hall, 4.8 km from WACA and 5.4 km from Kings Park. Very nice house, good location
