The front desk and concierge staffs was incredibly helpful and friendly, it was totally exceeded my expectation from the hotel. They were very helpful with our needs to get wheelchair, the show us the way of going around, and answer our parking/breakfast questions too.

Hôtel est de très bonne qualité. La chambre est grande et bien insonorisée, une vue magnifique sur la ville et la rivière swan, un petit bureau pour travailler. Le lit est vraiment très confortable et la salle de bain est de bonne facture. Le personnel est aux petits soins, et l'adjonction d'un concierge est un plus vraiment très appréciable.
